Return Policy
We understand buying online can be complicated. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, just email us at customerservice@coastalyokel.com withing 30 days and we will gladly exchange or return it.
Shipment Tracking
Please be aware that orders under $10 are mailed via USPS First Class mail and do not include a tracking number. Orders over $10 are shipped free and we reserve the right to choose the best shipping option. For other shipping requests, please email customerservice@coastalyokel.com.
Sweatshirt Fit
Sweatshirts are unisex standard fit. For a baggier fit we recommend ordering a size up.
Bracelet Care
Our bracelets are made from a polyester/cotton blend twine that is wax coated for waterproof protection. It is not necessary to remove your bracelets while showering or swimming, however exposure to chlorine or heavy soaps/detergents will strip wax and possibly cause fading. Wax cord bracelets, like all fabrics, will break down over time but a bracelet worn consistently with standard care should last about one year.
